  kirsten's summer fruit breakfast

Selection of summer fruits eg. strawberries, cherries, apples
Almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, soaked overnight
¼ - ½ tin chilled coconut milk (or yoghurt)


1. Chop the fruit into bite-sized pieces

2. Add the nuts/seeds

Stir in the coconut milk - which turns to the consistency of yoghurt when chilled
