  kirsten's rich tahini salad dressing

2-3 tbsp flax oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
2 tsp soya lecithin granules (optional)
juice of lime or lemon
1 dessert spoon tahini
tsp freshly ground mustard seeds
teaspoon finely chopped garlic
tsp finely chopped root ginger
1-2 tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs of your choice
black pepper and tamari or liquid amino acids to taste


1. Mix all ingredients together

Add to salad and enjoy!
