Short Grain brown rice
Sushi Nori Sheets
Sanchi Furikake seasoning
Flax oil

1. cook brown rice over a low heat adding plenty of water (aiming to have rice that has absorbed as much as possible)

3. add flax oil and seasoning and roll up

2. lay out Nori sheet and spread cooked rice to approx 1cm thick

4. great the next day cold for lunch or warm with a meal
