kirsten's nut milk recipe

This is wonderful on its own, or with supplements such as oils, lecithin and bee pollen stirred in.
You can also add berries or bananas to this to make a nut milkshake.
To make a thicker, creamier milk, use less water - or try Dawn's almond cream recipe.

125g almonds, brazils or cashew nuts
1.5-2 pints water
raw honey to sweeten (optional)

1. Soak nuts overnight, drain and rinse.

2. Whizz up in blender with water

3. Seive through a double layer of muslin.

4. Sweeten to taste
