  dawn's almond cream and almond milk


1. Soak almonds for 12 hours

2. Liquidise in very small amount of water

3. Strain through muslin

4. Add a bit of pureed date to sweeten (optional)

5. Leave in fridge. The fat will float to the top, so skim it off - this is the almond cream.

6. Use the rest as almond milk.
