You can do this with any seed but they are particularly tasty with pumpkin
seeds and then you can either sprinkle them on your cereal or salad etc
or eat as a snack. Always rinse pot before adding new seeds. If you put
them in a glass jar they will last for up to 4 weeks.

a dry frying pan
Soya or Tahini Sauce (Optional)
Wash the seeds under running water and drain. Heat frying pan on a medium
heat and add seeds turning occasionally with a spoon. Wait for them to
start popping (usually after 5 minutes) and then transfer into a dish.
Sprinkle if you wish with Soya sauce. You can eat them whilst hot or when
they have cooled down.
