charm's sesame biscuits

2oz unsalted butter
3.5 oz brown rice flour
1oz dried almons
1oz sesame seeds
2-3 tbsp rice or nut milk


Set the oven to Gas Mark 5 and line baking tray with baking parchment, rub the butter into the flour and ground almond and stir in the seeds, then use the milk to bind the mixture. Use 2 tablespoon to start with adding more milk as necessary until the mixture forms a moist ball. Place on a floured board and roll out to 1/8 inch thickness, use a fluted cutter to make 2-21/4 in rounds and place on the prepared tray. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
