broccoli and almond soup
a few heads of broccoli
100g ground almonds
1 clove garlic, chopped
black pepper to taste
a little turmeric and nutmeg to taste
tamari or liquid amino acids to taste if required
1. Steam the broccoli and leeks until almost cooked
2 . Add to pan with a little water, the ground almonds and the garlic. Bring to boil and simmer.
3. Add the black pepper, turmeric and nutmeg.
4. When cooked, blend and serve. Stir in a little tamari if required
